Наукова стаття присвячена обґрунтуванню актуальних методів перекладу офіційно-ділової термінології Світової організації торгівлі (далі СОТ) та виявленню й систематизації закономірностей її лексико-семантичних, стилістичних та лінгвокультурних виявів в англомовних офіційно-ділових текстах. Різноманіття спеціальної термінології та основних способів її перекладу – це основна царина дослідження серед перекладачів. Тому важливо звернути увагу на ті методи перекладу, які тлумачать різноманітні особливості спеціальних лексем в офіційно-ділових документах (далі ОДД) найбільш повно. Специфіка репрезентації методів перекладу офіційно-ділової термінології СОТ характеризується своїми особливостями, що уможливлює виокремлення численних термінів із офіційно-ділового тексту й спонукає науковий інтерес до їхнього дослідження та пошуку відповідних мовних засобів – для їхньої номінації. В офіційно-ділових текстах СОТ переклад термінології реалізується через актуальні перекладацькі трансформації, які вписуються у рамки офіційно-ділового стилю й перевага надається найбільш вживаним типам трансформацій. У науковій статті запропоновано комплексну методику аналізу офіційно-ділового тексту, а також відповідну методологію перекладу, що експлікує уявлення про економічну термінологію засобами офіційно-ділового мовлення. Результати прикладного дослідження свідчать про те, що протиставлення англійських та українських спеціальних термінів в офіційно-діловому тексті СОТ пояснюється відмінностями в семантико-синтаксичній структурі речення та порядку розташування компонентів висловлювання: з одного боку, це – граматичні та смислові розбіжності, що отримали наукове обґрунтування, а з іншого – типологічні відмінності між англійською та українською мовами
