У науковій статті розглянуто особливості дискурсивних висловлень, кореферентних з граматичним формально-елементарним (простим) реченням; проаналізовано текст-дискурс як сферу функціонування висловлення, що дає змогу врахувати мовленнєву ситуацію, авторизацію з боку мовця, різноманітні прагматичні параметри мовлення, взаємозв'язок активних та суб'єктивних факторів; простежено асиметрію між планом вираження і планом змісту, між висловленням-реченням і висловленням з препозитивним компонентом «називним уявлення», тобто висловленням, що не має певного граматичного зразка; обгрунтовано дискурсивні висловлення з «називним уявлення» як своєрідний синтаксичний комплекс, єдине інтонаційне ціле з подвійним, як правило, позначенням суб’єкта
